THE DOORS OF PERCEPTION is a collection of progressive JPEG and animated GIF images knitted together with music and relevant text material drawn from many sources.
Occasionally an image or set of images may not load completely. Just press Reload. Some sacrifices have been made in image quality to allow rapid display of the material. The level of JPEG compression used results in some blurring along edges that would otherwise be sharp. In addition, small shifts in color have occurred. Best viewed with millions and millions of colors.
The music is presented as a MIDI file. Sound quality will vary depending on the capabilities of your machine.
